ラオシステムズ（代表 竹原俊広。以下「運営者」）は、本サイト（https://lao-systems.com/ ）および運営者が開発する以下のアプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取扱いを、このプライバシーポリシーで定めます。
1. 本アプリについて
本アプリは YouTube API Services を利用しています。本アプリは運営者が自分の YouTube チャンネルを管理するための運営者専用ツールであり、一般向けには提供していません。本アプリを利用できるのは運営者本人だけです。
- YouTube Uploader: 運営者の端末上で動作するスクリプト群です。運営者自身のチャンネルへの動画のアップロード、動画・チャンネルの設定、コメントの投稿・確認、チャンネルの統計・アナリティクスの取得に使います。
- YouTube 管理ダッシュボード: 運営者のチャンネルの公開状況と YouTube 公式の指標を一覧するための、読み取り専用のアプリケーションです（開発中）。動画のアップロードや設定変更などの書き込み操作は行いません。
本アプリを利用することにより、利用者は YouTube 利用規約（https://www.youtube.com/t/terms ）に拘束されることに同意したものとみなされます。YouTube および Google による情報の取扱いについては、Google プライバシーポリシー（https://www.google.com/policies/privacy ）をご確認ください。
2. 取得する情報
2.1 YouTube Uploader
Google アカウントでの認可（OAuth 2.0）を通じて、次の権限（スコープ）を使用します: youtube、youtube.upload、youtube.force-ssl、yt-analytics.readonly、yt-analytics-monetary.readonly。これにより、認可したチャンネルについて次の情報にアクセスします。
- チャンネル情報（チャンネル ID、名称、設定など）
- 動画の情報（動画 ID、タイトル、説明、タグ、公開状態、公開予定日時、サムネイルなど）と、運営者がアップロードする動画ファイル
- 動画に付いたコメント（運営者自身のコメントのほか、他の視聴者が投稿したコメントの本文と、YouTube 上で公開されている投稿者の表示名など）
- YouTube の公開統計（再生回数、高評価数、コメント数、登録者数など）
- YouTube Analytics のレポート（視聴回数、総再生時間、平均視聴時間、視聴者維持率、トラフィックソースなど）と、収益に関するレポート
- アクセストークン・リフレッシュトークン（認可情報）
2.2 YouTube 管理ダッシュボード
開発中のため、以下は提供開始時の仕様です。読み取り専用の権限 youtube.readonly と yt-analytics.readonly だけを使用します。取得するのは、運営者のチャンネルと動画の情報（公開状態・公開予定日時・処理状態を含む）、YouTube の公開統計、所有者向けの YouTube Analytics の指標、および認可情報です。コメント本文と収益指標は取得しません。
2.3 本サイト
- お問い合わせフォーム: 入力されたお名前、メールアドレス、会社名・屋号、電話番号、ご相談のカテゴリ、ご相談内容、想定予算、ご希望の進め方、本サイトを知ったきっかけ。
- アクセス解析: 本サイトは Google アナリティクスを使用しており、Cookie 等を利用して閲覧状況（閲覧したページ、ブラウザ・端末の種類、おおよその地域など）を収集します。
- アクセスログ: 本サイトをホスティングする Cloudflare は、配信と安全確保のために IP アドレス等のアクセス情報を処理します。
3. 利用目的
- YouTube Uploader の情報は、運営者が自分のチャンネルに動画を公開し、設定やコメントを管理し、チャンネルの成果を確認・分析するためにだけ使います。
- YouTube 管理ダッシュボードの情報は、運営者が自分のチャンネルの公開状況と公式指標を確認するためにだけ使います。
- お問い合わせ情報は、お問い合わせへの回答と、その後のご連絡のために使います。アクセス解析の情報は、本サイトの改善に使います。
Google API から取得した情報を閲覧するのは、本アプリの利用者である運営者本人だけです。運営者は、Google API から取得した情報を、広告の配信、販売、信用力の判断、汎用の AI・機械学習モデルの開発・学習に使いません。
4. Google ユーザーデータの取扱い（Limited Use）
本アプリによる Google API から受け取った情報の利用および他のアプリへの転送は、Limited Use の要件を含む Google API Services User Data Policy（https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy ）に従います。
5. 保存場所と保存期間
- YouTube Uploader: 取得した情報と認可情報は、運営者の端末と、運営者が契約するクラウドストレージ（Dropbox）の運営者専用の領域に保存します。
- YouTube 管理ダッシュボード（提供開始時の仕様）: 取得した情報は、運営者が管理するサーバーに保存します。リフレッシュトークンは暗号化して保存し、ログや画面には表示しません。
保存期間は、YouTube API Services の規定に従い次のとおりとします。
- 認可に基づいて取得した YouTube Analytics のデータと統計（再生回数・登録者数など）は、必要な期間保存します。ただし、少なくとも30日ごとに、認可が継続していることと対象の動画が存在することを確認し、確認できない場合は該当するデータを削除します。
- 認可に基づかずに取得した公開統計は、30日を超えて保存しません。
- その他の YouTube API のデータは、30日以内に削除するか最新の内容に更新します。
- 認可情報（トークン）は、本アプリの利用に必要な間だけ保存します。
- お問い合わせ情報は、対応とその後のご連絡に必要な期間保存します。
6. 第三者への提供
運営者は、本アプリで取得した Google ユーザーデータを販売・貸与せず、広告事業者、データブローカー、情報再販業者に提供しません。法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に提供しません。
情報の保存・処理のため、運営者は次の事業者のサービスを各社の規約の下で利用しており、これらの事業者が運営者の利用に伴って情報を処理します。
- Dropbox（YouTube Uploader の情報の保存）
- 運営者が契約する AI アシスタントの提供事業者（Anthropic、OpenAI など）。運営者本人が自分のチャンネルを分析する目的にだけ使います。
- YouTube 管理ダッシュボードを配置するサーバーの事業者（提供開始時）
お問い合わせフォームの内容は、運営者への通知メールの送信（Resend）と、運営者の問い合わせ管理（Notion）のために、これらのサービスで処理されます。

8. アクセス権の取り消しとデータの削除
- 本アプリへのアクセス権は、Google のセキュリティ設定ページ（https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions ）からいつでも取り消せます。
- データの削除を希望する場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。削除の依頼を受けた場合、または本アプリ内で連携を解除した場合は、速やかに、遅くとも7暦日以内に該当するデータを削除します。削除は、保存先の復元用の履歴を含めて行います。
- Google のセキュリティ設定ページでアクセス権が取り消された場合は、速やかに、遅くとも30暦日以内に関連するデータを削除します。
- 本アプリ側のデータを削除しても、YouTube 上の動画やコメントなどは削除されません。それらは YouTube 上で管理してください。
9. 安全管理
運営者は、取得した情報への不正なアクセス、漏えい、改ざんを防ぐため、アクセスできる者を運営者本人に限るなど、適切な安全管理に努めます。
10. お問い合わせ窓口
本ポリシーおよび情報の取扱いに関するご質問・苦情・削除の依頼は、次の連絡先で受け付けます。
個人情報の利用目的の通知、開示、訂正・追加・削除、利用停止等のご請求も、上記のメールで受け付けます。ご本人であることを確認したうえで、法令に従い対応します。運営者の住所は、ご請求があれば遅滞なくお知らせします。

本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定することがあります。改定した場合は、このページに掲載し、改定日を明記します。

Lao Systems (a sole proprietorship represented by Toshihiro Takehara; "we", "us", or "the Operator") explains in this Privacy Policy how information is handled on this website (https://lao-systems.com/ ) and in the applications developed by the Operator listed below (the "Apps").
1. About the Apps
The Apps use YouTube API Services. The Apps are private tools that the Operator uses to manage the Operator's own YouTube channels. They are not offered to the public, and the Operator is the only user.
- YouTube Uploader: a set of scripts that run on the Operator's computer. They are used to upload videos to the Operator's own channels, manage video and channel settings, post and review comments, and retrieve channel statistics and analytics.
- YouTube Management Dashboard: a read-only application (under development) that shows the publishing status and official YouTube metrics of the Operator's channels. It does not perform write operations such as uploading videos or changing settings.
By using the Apps, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms ). For how YouTube and Google handle information, please see the Google Privacy Policy (https://www.google.com/policies/privacy ).
2. Information We Access and Collect
2.1 YouTube Uploader
Through Google account authorization (OAuth 2.0), the YouTube Uploader uses the following scopes: youtube, youtube.upload, youtube.force-ssl, yt-analytics.readonly, and yt-analytics-monetary.readonly. With these, it accesses the following information about the authorized channels:
- Channel information (channel ID, name, settings, etc.)
- Video information (video ID, title, description, tags, privacy status, scheduled publish time, thumbnails, etc.) and the video files the Operator uploads
- Comments on videos (the Operator's own comments, and comments posted by other viewers, including the comment text and the commenter's public display name on YouTube)
- Public YouTube statistics (view counts, like counts, comment counts, subscriber counts, etc.)
- YouTube Analytics reports (views, watch time, average view duration, audience retention, traffic sources, etc.) and revenue-related reports
- Access tokens and refresh tokens (authorization credentials)
2.2 YouTube Management Dashboard
The Dashboard is under development; the following describes how it will work when it becomes available. It uses only the read-only scopes youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly. It retrieves information about the Operator's channels and videos (including privacy status, scheduled publish time, and processing status), public YouTube statistics, owner-only YouTube Analytics metrics, and authorization credentials. It does not retrieve comment text or revenue metrics.
2.3 This Website
- Contact form: the information you enter: your name, email address, company name, phone number, inquiry category, inquiry content, expected budget, preferred engagement style, and how you heard about us.
- Analytics: this website uses Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies to collect browsing information (pages viewed, browser and device type, approximate location, etc.).
- Access logs: Cloudflare, which hosts this website, processes access information such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the website.
3. How We Use Information
- Information obtained by the YouTube Uploader is used only for the Operator to publish videos to the Operator's own channels, manage settings and comments, and review and analyze channel performance.
- Information obtained by the YouTube Management Dashboard is used only for the Operator to review the publishing status and official metrics of the Operator's own channels.
- Contact form information is used to respond to your inquiry and for related follow-up communication. Website analytics are used to improve this website.
Only the Operator, who is the sole user of the Apps, views information obtained from Google APIs. We do not use information obtained from Google APIs for serving advertisements, for sale, for determining creditworthiness, or for developing or training generalized AI or machine learning models.
4. Google User Data and Limited Use
The Apps' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy ), including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Where and How Long We Store Information
- YouTube Uploader: retrieved information and authorization credentials are stored on the Operator's computer and in the Operator's private area of a cloud storage service (Dropbox) contracted by the Operator.
- YouTube Management Dashboard (when available): retrieved information is stored on a server managed by the Operator. Refresh tokens are stored encrypted and are not shown in logs or on screen.
Retention periods follow the YouTube API Services policies:
- YouTube Analytics data and statistics (such as view counts and subscriber counts) obtained with authorization are stored as long as necessary, and at least every 30 days we confirm that the authorization is still valid and that the relevant videos still exist; if this cannot be confirmed, the relevant data is deleted.
- Public statistics obtained without authorization are not stored for more than 30 days.
- Other YouTube API data is deleted or refreshed within 30 days.
- Authorization credentials (tokens) are stored only as long as necessary to use the Apps.
- Contact form information is stored as long as necessary to respond and follow up.
6. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell or rent Google user data obtained through the Apps, and we do not provide it to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers. Except as required by law, we do not provide it to third parties.
To store and process information, the Operator uses the services of the following providers under their respective terms, and these providers process information as part of the Operator's use of their services:
- Dropbox (storage of YouTube Uploader information)
- Providers of AI assistants contracted by the Operator (such as Anthropic and OpenAI), used only for the Operator to analyze the Operator's own channels
- The server provider hosting the YouTube Management Dashboard (when available)
Contact form submissions are processed by Resend (to send a notification email to the Operator) and Notion (to manage inquiries).
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
- On this website, Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect browsing information. See https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites for how Google uses this data and https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout to opt out.
- The YouTube Uploader does not use cookies. It stores authorization credentials (tokens) and retrieved information as files on the Operator's computer and in Dropbox.
- When available, the YouTube Management Dashboard will use a session cookie to keep the Operator signed in. It will not use cookies for advertising or behavioral tracking.
- The Apps do not allow third parties to serve content, including advertisements.
8. Revoking Access and Deleting Data
- You can revoke the Apps' access to your data at any time via the Google security settings page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions ).
- To request deletion of your data, please contact us using the information below. When we receive a deletion request, or when access is disconnected within the Apps, we delete the relevant data as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days, including version history kept for recovery in the storage location.
- If access is revoked via the Google security settings page, we delete the related data as soon as possible and within 30 calendar days.
- Deleting data from the Apps does not delete videos, comments, or other content on YouTube. Please manage such content on YouTube.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures, such as limiting access to the Operator only, to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, and alteration.
